CTV SeaZip 9 is a fast Twin Axe Bow catamaran (DAMEN FCS 2710) for transport of Industrial Personnel, equipment and parts to offshore windfarms and oil & gas fields.
SeaZip 9, built in 2020, offers maximum comfort and safety to 24 passengers and has 90 m² of deck space for cargo transport.
The 24 PAX crew transfer vessel (CTV) is well suited for the following offshore services (amongst others):
- Transportation of industrial personnel 24 PAX
- Transportation of light cargo
- Hydrographic survey
- Diving support
The vessel is very stable and manoeuvrable and can reach a speed of 25 knots. SeaZip 9 is equipped with innovative technology.
Damen FCS 2710
The design of the FCS 2710 combines the stable platform of a catamaran with the smooth sailing behaviour of the Sea Axe hull shape, providing optional seakeeping characteristics and on board comfort.
The vessel is based on a proven design, improved in close cooperation with industry leaders and CTV operators including us as SeaZip Offshore Service. This results in a vessel with a large level foredeck, high cargo capacities and excellent performance in transit and transfer.
