Prior to that, the parties signed a Letter of Intent to Cooperate, in Harlingen, Netherlands, by the President of the Management Board, Radosław Marciniak in the presence of the President of the Management Board, CEO of Polish Baltic Shipping Group – Mr. Andrzej Madejski. On behalf of SeaZip Offshore Services, Mr. Jan Reier Arends – managing owner, has signed the Consortium Agreement.

We aim to build international capabilities to provide a service fleet for Polish offshore projects, and to be active in mutual projects abroad. We are very pleased that this has resulted in a partnership with PZB Offshore. By working together, we can realise our common goals and ambitions, and our mutual projects are very ambitious’. SeaZip was founded in 2010. The Dutch offshore shipping company is part of the JR Shipping Group and, therefore, has a robust maritime background. The operations of SeaZip’s offshore service and support vessels are managed by the shipping group’s fully certified ship management division.
SeaZip has a strong position in ship design, shipbuilding, and ship management and has already built up an impressive track record in the offshore wind market.
PŻB Offshore is subsidiary company of Polish Baltic Shipping (known also as Polferries). The new established Polish entity is dedicated to take part in local offshore projects and be active in mutual foreign ventures.
