We have been shaping our QHSE culture and goals to even a higher level than our customers are used of us. Going forward we see a demanding season and in the years to come we believe that there will be a substantial growth in work both in the renewable sector as in the oil & gas domain where vessel access to offshore locations will see some breakthroughs.
The most critical point in Europe will remain the lack of qualified personnel, certainly since Germany introduced measures to safeguard the operations at sea with respect to qualified personnel and we expect other countries to follow their lead. We are heavily investing in our group of CTV captains and crew which will put us in a very strong position to serve our clients with their outstanding projects.
